Double room with En-suite

The room is a double bedroom looking out onto a field with En-suite facility. The property was built 2020. There are four bedrooms two with En-suite and a family bathroom for two other bedrooms.

There is a kitchen with separate fridge and freezer for use by guests. There is a dining room family living room off the kitchen which are shared.

The rent includes all bills including BT broadband.. The property is in Eastham village close to shops, bus and train to Chester and Liverpool and close to the M53 for access onto the motorway.

Eastham Country Park is 10 minute walk away.

There are two people living in the house myself and one other lady and we are looking for a third.

There is parking at the side of the property

Front living room is sole use of owner.
