The room is a double bedroom with an ensuite in a property built 2020. There are four bedrooms two with en-suite and a family bathroom.

The room available is a double with an en-suite.

There is a kitchen with separate fridge and freezer for use by guests. There is a dining room family living room off the kitchen which are shared.

There is broadband and all bills included. The property is in Eastham village close to shops, bus and train to Chester and Liverpool and close to the M53 for access onto motorway.

There are two people living in the house myself and one gentlemen and we are looking for a third.

Front living room is sole use of owner.
