I am looking to rent my spare room out, the room is roughly 3m x 3m so plenty of room for a bed, wardrobes, etc. Currently unfurnished happy to discuss furnishing or perhaps you have you own.
I work from home 3-4 days a week and use the 3rd bedroom as my office, I often have client calls between 9am - 5am.
The property has a bathroom upstairs with shower/bath and a WC downstairs.
It's only recently been renovated so is in very good condition and I plan to keep it that way.
I really like to keep the house tidy and looking respectable, I enjoy cooking and the living room is really nice to relax and watch TV in.
