I have a room to rent in a 2 bedroom house that I own. No Ensuite.

There are 2 sitting rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with Bath, Shower.

Small outside space to rear of property.

I would prefer fa Male Flat mate/ lodger that will respect my home.

Must be a working professional. I do not always stay at the property so you will have the home to yourself at times.

Council tax band A
