I have a spare room in the house I rent in New Ferry.
The Bedroom is unfurnished at the moment and currently being used for storage. There's plenty of room for a double bed, and clothes storage - I'm happy to furnish the room beforehand.
It's a shared bathroom but I would be looking to have cleaner come in regularly. The house is great for accessing Birkenhead and Liverpool City Centre, the 464 stops right outside, the 1 into liverpool at the end of the road and Bebington Station is 10-15 minute walk away.
I have high speed broadband and sky TV, washer/dryer and a little back garden.
I'm a 25 year professional who mostly works from home but occasionally works from Liverpool. My evenings are mostly spent cooking, walking, listening to music or watching TV.
