Double room available between Oxton / Prenton

Room available on a quiet street in a 3 bed house all bills included working professional preferred.

House is shared with one other (myself) and the room is currently under going decoration / storage to be added - new Emma mattress.

Cleaning products such as surface sprays, bleach, washing up liquid will be provided - cleaner will come in once a month to blitz downstairs (open plan) and bathroom.

Lovely garden out the back which is great in the summer & parking is available on the street.

Whoever moves in will have priority usage of the bathroom in the morning as I work from home so I rarely use it first thing.

The other room which is a small box room will NOT be lodged out and it’s used by myself for storage.
