Double room available between Oxton / Prenton

Room available to be lodged in 3 bed house all bills included - working professionals only. House is shared with one other (myself) and the room is currently under going decoration / storage to be added. New emma mattress and bedding bundle will be included.
On-street parking and a lovely garden out the back which is great in the summer. Lodger agreement will run month to month but a discussion can be had between both parties if you need longer commitment (once both parties are happy with the arrangement)
Lodger will have priority usage of the bathroom in the morning as I work from home so I rarely use it first thing.
