Hi I’m a 30 year old full time professional. I am offering for rent a spacious furnished double room in a lovely semi-detached house in the Upton, Wirral. It has a large rear garden which gets the sun for the majority of the day (although summer is almost over)

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It does not have a wardrobe but there is space for one and there is extra storage space in another spare bedroom.

The house comprises of living room, kitchen, conservatory (with tv and dvd player), 3 bedrooms, and bathroom. You will have sole use of the rear bedroom and all other rooms are shared. The property is in a cul-de-sac off the main road on the estate with off road parking.
All bills are included, including broadband.

The property is located a short distance from local amentities, a number of supermarkets and approximately 1 mile from the M53. There are links to nearby transport links, buses and train within the same distance. It is approximately 3 miles from from Arrowe Park Hospital and about a 10-15 minute drive to Liverool City Centre (traffic dependant).
