Modern house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with off-road parking and garden to the rear. Local amenities, bus within a 5 min walk and train within 10-15 min walk.
The room is situated at rear of property furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, bookshelf and built in wardrobe. There is a bathroom next to the room which would only be used by the person renting the room.
Downstairs is shared lounge and kitchen/diner.
Ideal housemate is someone who works Mon-Fri as I work shifts.
I am an easygoing and sociable person who is respectful of people's privacy, and I like the place to be clean and tidy.
