Large 4 bedroom detached house in Greasby with live in landlady.
Looking for a female to rent my double spare room ,one large bathroom and a en-suite fully fitted wardrobes and fully furnished too.

All bills are included, including council tax ,wifi , tv's are smart TVs, all with Netflix.
Two very large separate living rooms so you get a bit of peace when you need it, large kitchen too ,house has recently had a massive amount of work done... , house is very Clean and tidy .

Gardens front and rear, Off road parking, Lovely village close to train stations and bus route in to Liverpool, any questions please just give me a shout.

I am a pretty easy going person, Looking for someone clean and tidy who works full time(same as me!) and is (fairly) responsible, but doesn’t take life to seriously, as it makes sharing a house more fun !
