​Stylish & Spacious Double in Peaceful Home, Suitable for female professional. ​We have a spacious, beautifully lit double room available in our stylish semi-detached 3-storey home. You’ll be living with a warm, down-to-earth couple in our 40s.

We’ve been hosting lodgers for over 7 years, so we’re very comfortable sharing our space. We take our time to find the right fit and really value a relaxed, respectful environment- we’ve even stayed great long-term friends with past housemates! We work in education and project management, love fitness and running, and take real pride in maintaining a beautiful, welcoming home.

​Through experience, we’ve found our home works best for someone with an established daytime work routine - e. g. a professional working in education, healthcare, or local business who is looking for a peaceful, clean, and cozy retreat to recharge in after a busy day.

​The Room & Home Features
- ​Spacious Double Room: Well-lit with a large bay window, feature "faux fireplace" alcove, comfortable double bed, and ample storage/wardrobes.
- ​Large Shared Bathroom: Features a raised tub (we occupy the top floor with our own en-suite).
- ​Shared Living Areas: Full access to a large kitchen, comfortable lounge, and lovely garden.

​Home Maintenance:
We keep a clean, tidy home and operate a simple 3-week rotating cleaning rota for shared spaces so upkeep is always fair and easy.

- Peaceful Residential Neighbourhood: Situated on a quiet residential road with close proximity to local shops and cafes.
- Great Transport Links: Easy access to public transport, Merseyrail stations, the Merseyside tunnels, and motorways (convenient for local commutes, including nearby hubs like Unilever/Port Sunlight and local schools/hospitals).

​Ideal Housemate
- Female professional with an established, site-based daytime routine (e. g., in education, healthcare, corporate/local roles).
- Cat friendly! Must be comfortable living with our two feline housemates (though we cannot accept additional pets).
- ​Non-smoker with clean, tidy habits who respects shared spaces and treats this as a proper home.
- ​Independent and respectful of privacy, but happy to share a friendly chat in the kitchen or relax on the sofa.

​Please note: To maintain a consistent daily rhythm for the house, this room is not suitable for work-from-home roles, full-time students, or nightshift workers.
