2 bright rooms in a quiet area in Woodchurch

I currently have two double bedrooms available to rent in my three bedroom house, located in Woodchurch.

I moved into the property around three months ago, and so the bedrooms and communal rooms are newly decorated, and the furniture is all new. We will be decorating the hall and stairs, and the outside of the house next.

A five minute drive from Arrowe park hospital and Sainsbury’s, and a ten minutes walk to bus routes to liverpool. The rooms are both furnished, with minimal decorations as I’m happy for you to add your own touches. You would have access to a communal kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom, along with a back and front yard. As I’ve said before, I moved into the property around three months ago so it is still a bit of a work in progress, though it is homely and feels complete.

The larger room is £500p/m and the smaller is £450p/m, bills included.

The area is quite quiet with street parking available.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone compatible with me since we will be sharing space and living together. So, someone who is clean and respectful, female only (trans women welcome), LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m vegetarian and would prefer to live with other vegetarians, however I’m open to it if you would be willing to bring your own cookware/dishware. Must be okay with animals as I have a lovely little cat who is very friendly. A chilled and peaceful environment is very important to me. I am very anti-AI.
