Beautiful bed-sitting room available (approx. 20’ x 16’), share kitchen, lounge, conservatory and bathroom with one other mature female.

Furniture provided, including brand new day bed.

The room is available in a 3-bed bungalow, set back from the main road. Parking is available and the number 76 bus stop outside takes you straight into the city centre.

I am a mature professional working in the charity sector, with a background in academia.

This would be an ideal home for a mature student, or someone who enjoys a quiet, creative space.

You will need to be a dog lover because Elsa, a rescue dog, also resides with us.
