Double room available for house share

I am looking for a professional person or healthcare student to house share with. I moved into the house in March. . .it is fully furnished other than the second bedroom, which is the one being offered. It is a reasonable sized room. The house is warm, clean and tidy.

I am a 24 year old female, I am currently a teacher but I am returning to university to train to be an occupational therapist. The area has excellent transport links. . .with a train and bus station just a five minute walk away and good road links to Cardiff/ Merthyr etc.

Utility bills are not included but they are on a meter so we can top up when necessary and the costs wont spiral. The landlord would ask for references and possibly a bond.
