live in landlord with 2 dogs so must love dogs
Shared bathroom, TV room and kitchen
Bills are included (inc WiFi, SKY and landline) however if exceed the set monthly fee eg if phone calls are made outside the plan OR sky store is used, then there will be a requirement for extra payment
Close to the local park, shops and main town
Within walking distance of train and bus station
I am looking for someone who is willing to contribute to cleaning of the communal areas
Rent and deposit to be paid in advance and 2 references to be supplied before moving in
Other than that I am pretty laid back and open minded so please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you may have
