Available to working guests & contractors working away from home.

Long- term students eligible for housing support from their university can be considered.

Smaller en-suite room suit single.

Larger room couple or single.
Room for twin beds.
Now a double bed.
WC, hand basin bath with shower.
Located adjacent to the double room.

A closed gated garden.
Shared living room & kitchen.
2 other guests each with their own bathrooms share the property.

The en-suite has a lock for added privacy.
The room has its own fridge.
You can add electric kettle if needed.
Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, extra fridge freezer.
Washing machine.
Bedding is provided for viewing.
Most guests prefer to bring their own to personalise the room.
