Main living area has small double bed, wardrobe space, large armchair, kitchenette including washing machine, small ensuite bathroom. Price includes the rent and share of gas/electric/council tax/water rates/windowcleaners/garden maintenance/broadband and netflix (you only have to buy your food). Single persons only, could temp consider a couple if you could manage in space but weekly amount would be higher. 4 weeks/month in advance to move in, then payable in advance at all times
