Room for rent

My ex partner moved out so looking to rent my room out to help me get by. I live here too - I’m a friendly person, I’m clean and tidy and quiet while moving around the house.

Ideally would like to live with another woman but I would consider a man.

The house is situated in Hirwaun and would be better for people who could drive as public transport is a bit awkward here. Easy to drive to Swansea, Cardiff and Brecon from here.

The room comes with a single bed but I am more than happy to dismantle it if you want to put a double bed in there, it will fit :)

There’s plenty of parking around the house

Living room has a dining table, small sofa and tv. Kitchen has a washing machine.

I have bunnies who live in their own room downstairs and sometimes roam around in the garden when the weather is nice. They are very friendly

Shared bathroom living room and kitchen. A third bedroom to store anything in if needed as I am. Downstairs WC
