Looking for housemate for quiet home in Abertridwr

I am looking for a housemate (preferably female) to live with me. I have a three bedroom house in Abertridwr and work from home - one room is set up as my office. I have a friendly Siamese cat who also lives with me so cat lovers are a must! I would prefer to live with someone who is clean and tidy and doesn't want to party in the week. The living room and bathroom would be a shared space. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table and dressing table. All bills are included in the rent. The area is quiet and friendly with local shops and transport links and isn't far from central Caerphilly, Cardiff or Newport.
