Furnished house

Hi have a furnished two bed terraced house with a garden and on street parking. You will have your own bedroom with double bed and full use of the house other than a locked bed room and locked garage. I do not generally sleep at the property but will be back and forth to use the garage/storage room. I would prefer a single professional who works full time and will not accept home workers. There will be discount for someone who is only there Mon-fri and price will increase for person who is there 7 days per week. I don't mind smokers as long as this is done outside. I would consider pets but we will need to discuss this. I require references and would meet and chat/view before accepting. The house is local to pengam train station with great commuting routes. There is a local shop and take away along with a couple of pubs and great walks. I will be available at all times if any problems and can be at the property within 2 mins.
