Friendly village with all amenities, community cafe, gym, shops etc. I work away at times and would be willing to negotiate rent reduction for looking after 3 house trained cats so animal lovers required. Very quiet area with friendly neighbours who are very tolerant of music etc whilst I am away. Buses run to Bridgend every 30 minutes, 2 minute walk to bus stop. Contractors working in the area considered at nightly rate, Monday night to Friday morning as I am at home most week-ends.
