Executive style house share on Hill Court on the lovely Broadlands estate in Bridgend. 20 minutes drive to Cardiff and Swansea, 2 minutes from Bridgend Town Centre and a 2 minute drive to Junction 35 of the M4 motorway. A very well connected property!

The room is furnished and clean and ALL bills are included, that means gas and electric (on a fair use rate), water, council tax and fibre broadband. We also have the house professionally cleaned once a fortnight and the garden maintained.

There are currently 2 boys and 1 girl housemate there, all professionals in different roles, a charity admin worker, a head chef, a transport manager, all super friendly and laid-back.
