Double Room with En-suite in Brackla

I have the master bedroom available to rent within this homely and spacious house. It's situated in a quiet residential area, 10 minute walk from the local shops, 10 minute cycle into town, and 10 min cycle to the POW hospital.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, and fibre broad band. Some of the furniture is optional. The bed in the room is a single but has a guest bed underneath which can be pulled out to form a double.

I'm friendly and tidy, and I am studying on an intense university course which will involve times of study at home and a lot of time away from home for placements all over Wales.

The house is located within easy access to a number of beaches and also the M4, making a trip to Cardiff and Swansea quite convenient (30 and 40min respectively).

I would like to find a tidy young professional to share the house with or with another mature student (there will be a significant discount on the rent for a student).
