The house is about 3 years old so all features are practically brand new!

The bedroom comes with private sole use of the family bathroom next door. It has a newly fitted shower over bath.

The room is furnished with a double bed with mattress, double wardrobe with full length mirror and bedside cabinet. The room has a view of the back garden also through the window.

You can make use of the shared living room with smart TV/free view and broadband. There is plenty of space for doing some work or putting your feet up after a long day at work!

The shared kitchen/dining area has personal cupboard space, a shared fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine to use also.

There is a newly built garden also if you fancied some time sitting in the sun or shade while the weather is nice. Perfect for a cup of tea on the patio or to hang out the washing over the lawn!

The house is only a 5 minute walk away from the Princess of Wales hospital across the adjacent park. The house is a short distance from Bridgend town centre (5mins car, 20mins walk). The M4 corridoor to Swansea or Cardiff and the Macarthur Glen shopping centre is easily accessible from the estate (approx 5 mins drive). It is a 15minute drive to the nearest beaches also and about 30 minutes away from Swansea and Cardiff.

You would have 1 private parking space guaranteed on the driveway outside, and the house is situated on a quiet private road.

I am ideally looking for a working professional female housemate with similar interests. This room is ideal for a health professional working in the hospital, as it is a short walking distance.

The cost includes rent, council tax, gas/electric, water and broadband - so everything included.
