Double en-suite room to rent in quiet location

Hello!

The room:
I have a double room to rent. This has plenty of storage, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, under bed storage and bookshelf plus your own En suite bathroom (toilet, sink, nice big electric shower). No couples please. PROFESSIONALS ONLY.

This is within a 4 bedroom house. This comes with a well equipped kitchen / diner and separate, well furnished and comfortable living room. The house is in a quiet location and the bedroom & living room looks out onto greenery and is very peaceful. There is very little footfall past the house. There is a multi purpose room with desk for WFH space if required (if you always WFH there will be a rent adjustment to £650). We have fast fibre broadband.

The house has a driveway (plenty of parking for 2 cars or 3 small / medium cars) a garage with gym and garden (I am currently enjoying doing up the garden but it is already a lovely space).

About me:
I'm Georgie, 35, I brought and moved into the house 4 years ago. My current lodger has been with me for over 2 years but is now moving to Scotland! Hence the room becoming available.

I love food (and sometimes wine!) I am very outdoorsy and love surfing. I try and get in the water whenever my shifts and the conditions allow! If you also surf there is surf board storage in the garage.

I have previously been a tenant in rented rooms within south Wales and London, so I understand the renting pain and want this to be a happy home for someone.

It might be worth mentioning that I love dogs, I sometimes pet sit for friends or family so someone comfortable being around dogs is preferred but not essential.

I would also prefer a female tenant but please get in touch with information about yourself and I will consider. I would rather meet and see if we get on.
