Semi Rural - Bridgend

Hi, I have two large double rooms in my house, one of which has an en suite. The house is in a quiet semi rural location 5 minutes from the M4 junction 36 (McArthur Glenn Shopping Outlet) which is only 25 minutes from Cardiff and Swansea. My house has two very large lounges and a very large kitchen with a range cooker and large american style fridge/freezer. I am a single dad living with my 8 year old son who is very well balanced and well behaved. I have a border collie dog who is very gentle and mild mannered. I will be starting a degree course at the university of Glamorgan in September 2013. I will apologise in advance but I am going to be very particular about the type of people I will share my house with for the benefit of my son. My preference would be female house mates although I will consider gentlemen.
