Double Room in Brynmenyn

I have a double room available with bills included in Brynmenyn. Close to the M4 corridor and 1 minute walk to Bryngarw park. The house is completely open plan but I rarely hang out in the living room so it’ll be all yours. Fast internet with extender hubs.
The third bedroom is my home office and I work from home regularly.
I’m currently renovating the house as you can tell by the photos (photos are a bit old and it is not that messy anymore lol) so you must be ok with me decorating and be ok with some trades coming in and out for the next few months but the main stuff is done! No smoking or pets allowed.
Parking to the rear lane or street, garage if you needed to store a bike.
I have a brand new girly double bed frame in the attic you can use, but no mattress.
Downstairs bathroom.
Must be clean & tidy!
Will prefer females over males.
