Hi my name is Mark, easy going guy who is down to earth. Double room to rent with memory foam mattress and double built in wardrobe, nice clean two bedroom flat with nice garden and sitting area. All bills included (getting Internet soon). I'm an easy going guy, work 5 days a week. I do enjoy my TV in the evenings with a glass of wine. I do have a little teacup chihuahua and a cat. Would consider couples but would be £400 a month, as bills will be higher for me to pay. Thanks for reading. Mark. P. S this is a sublet, but have my landlady's permission.
