Double room for rent for working professional shared living room & kitchen, double drive for parking, bathroom & shower room, front and back garden.
I have pets so must be animal friendly.
Close to town, bus stops and train station.
There are 2 super markets and a leisure centre also less than a 5 minute walk away.
Viewing is not available until March 14th due to being decorated.
Room will come with a brand new double bed, mattress and bedding if required.
The room has built in wardrobes and large cupboard space.
You will be sharing a 2 bedroom, semi detached house with myself although I am hardly ever there due to working 12 hour shifts.
