Hello!
I have a spare room available. I live in a quiet area but within walking distance to pubs, shopping and a great new cafe. Also you will mainly have your own bathroom as I have an en-suite. However I do like the occasional bath.
I am a nurse so work long hours. I am looking for someone who will be respectful and not be noisy after 10pm when I am working the next day.
The last housemate I had was only meant to stay 3 months but has moved out after 7 years so I must be good to live with!
I have a cheeky cat. He loves to play and will have the odd cuddle. Also goes outside.
Really enjoy cooking with friends and hope this is something we could also do together.
This is for short term rent only. No longer than 6 months.
