Double bedroom/en-suite in quiet home - Caerphilly

I have a modern, detached suburban home on the outskirts of Caerphilly and am looking for a professional person to share.

The house is 6 minutes from the M4 Coryton Interchange to Cardiff. It’s a 25 - 30 minute drive to central Newport, Cwmbran or Cardiff, depending on traffic and time of day.

Although this is a suburban house, we’re surrounded by farmland and countryside on two sides and you have all modern amenities plus nearby village shops, fast food outlets, pubs, wi-fi, Sky/Netflix, leisure centre facilities and off road parking.

There are loads of hiking routes, cycle trails and nature is right on the doorstep.

Caerphilly town centre is one mile away with a mainline railway route into Cardiff. The local bus route to Caerphilly or Newport is at the end of the road.

A double room with en-suite bath/shower room is available from the 19th of July.

This is a quiet, professional household which includes an ageing Labrador. You will have shared main facilities such as kitchen, utility room, living room etc. There is a very large back garden with patio, balcony decking area and lawn.

I’m looking for a working professional to share - preferably not someone who works from home all the time.
