I have a modern, detached suburban home on the outskirts of Caerphilly and am looking for a professional person to share.

The house is 6 minutes from the M4 Coryton Interchange to Cardiff. It’s a 25 - 30 minute drive to central Newport, Cwmbran or Cardiff, depending on traffic and time of day.

Merthyr Tydfil is 25 minutes away and the South Wales University Campus at Treforest/Pontypridd is an easy 15 minute drive.

Although this is a suburban house, we’re surrounded by farmland and countryside on two sides and you have all modern amenities plus nearby village shops, fast food outlets, pubs, wi-fi, Sky/Netflix, leisure centre facilities and off road parking.

There are loads of hiking routes, country walks and cycle trails locally, plus you have the Brecon Beacons and nearby beaches, castles and nature right on the doorstep.

Caerphilly town centre is one mile away with a mainline railway route into Cardiff. The local bus route to Caerphilly or Newport is at the end of the road.

A comfortable double room with built-in double wardrobe. is available from the 4th of December. A bath/shower room for your use is located next to your bedroom.

This is a quiet, professional household. You will have shared main facilities downstairs such as fully equipped kitchen, utility room, living room with tv, downstairs cloakroom etc. You are also welcome to have a tv in your room.

There is one off-road car space available for you.

There is a very large back garden with patio, balcony decking area and lawn.

I’m looking for an easy-going, employed professional to share - preferably not someone who works from home all the time.
