Large double bedroom in central caerphilly

Hi, I'm Alison and I'm looking for a Female lodger to share my home. I have a large double bedroom for rent which takes up the whole front of the house, with two windows. There is plenty of space with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair provided. The house has a lounge, dining room, large kitchen and good-sized garden, and a large shared bathroom. There is dedicated cupboard space for the lodger in the kitchen, and you would have your own freezer for your own use. The successful applicant would also be welcome to ask me to put in hooks so you can hang your own pictures and make the room your own. The house is in central Caerphilly, within five minutes walk of Caerphilly Castle and shopping centres, Caerphilly Railway Station, and local supermarket. The house is within easy reach of the M4, A470, A469 and A468 within a few minutes by car.

I am a 43 year old female looking for a single female housemate. I enjoy running and hiking in our beautiful surroundings, and also enjoy relaxing at home with my crafts in front of the TV. I enjoy watching sitcoms, light hearted murder mysteries (like Poirot, Death in Paradise), and love a good classic Disney movie marathon. I am close to my family and spend a lot of time with my sisters as well as my friends. I work in a primary school as a 1:1 teaching assistant working with children with additional needs. I am looking for a female professional with a mature outlook, who is happy doing their own thing but would be comfortable sharing a cuppa or glass of wine in the evening with a chat.
