Spacious 4 bedroom house

House is opposite the main bus and train station with good links to Cardiff and surrounding areas. Just 20mins into Cardiff on the train. Caerphilly is a nice little town with the famous Castle in the town centre. Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and lovely surrounding country side if you like to go walking. There is a leisure center with pool and numerous gyms nearby.
I am looking for considerate females, preferably, to share my home. The house is clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are fully furnished with bedding, and spare bedding to change. There is a bathroom on the first floor for lodgers, I have my own on the ground floor.
Lodgers will be expected to clean up after themselves especially in shared areas such as the kitchen and dining room.. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine in utility room. I will share the kitchen but dining room is for the sole use of lodgers.
I have a very friendly, lovely little ginger cat who loves everyone., so must like cats.
