We’re looking for a female flatmate (aged 19–40) to join our cozy shared home. The house is shared with me and my housemate — we’re both in our 30s and working professionals who enjoy a peaceful, friendly living environment.

• Parking available at the front
• Communal living and dining room with a comfortable sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with hob, washing machine, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space

Your room:
• Bright and cozy with a lovely garden view
• Furnished with new furniture — single bed and mattress, bedside table and lamp, under-sink cabinet, and chest of drawers
• Includes a wardrobe and lockable door for extra privacy

Shared bathroom:
• Spacious with ample storage and a large bathtub

Outdoor space:
• Small garden with seating and a swing — perfect for relaxing!

All bills included — gas, electricity, water, and internet.
