Double room with private bathroom in modern home

Unfurnished double room available including use of a private bathroom in a new build home situated on a lovely estate in the village of Bedwas.

The house is a detached 3 bed with a garage and driveway. There is plenty of off road parking but you are welcome to also use the drive way as you can fit two cars on there.

Bedroom one is occupied by myself with an en-suite so I will not need access to the main bathroom.

Bedroom two is used as a dressing room with wardrobes and a dressing table. You are welcome to use this room and store clothes in one of the wardrobes if needed.

Bedroom three is available to rent unfurnished. All furniture you see in the photo will be removed. You will have private access to the main bathroom.

You will also have access to the living room, kitchen and garden. Please note the garden is currently under construction having tiles laid.

I’m a 30 year old working professional who is out of the house from early mornings until the evening and keep myself busy on the weekends so you would get the house to yourself most of the time. I do have a two year old, energetic cockapoo so please only get in touch if you are comfortable with living with pets. He’s extremely clean and I take pride in my home. He is also out of the house for most of the day as I take him with me.
