I am a 31-year-old live-in landlord who recently moved to Caerphilly. This is my first home, and I am currently loving my recent move South Wales. I enjoy board games, hiking, and cooking, and I'm interested in learning more about gardening (i have no idea what I'm doing)
The house is a little bare - but I am adding new furniture regularly!
The house is situated on the north-west side of Caerphilly, with a 25-minute drive to the center of Cardiff. I have an extra parking space on the drive, as well as a garage if you have a bike or other small items you'd like to store there.
