This is a two bedroom house share for two persons, so not an HMO. Each person has their own ensuite room, living room and car parking space. The shared facility is the hall way and kitchen (individual fridges). There is communal access to an outbuilding with washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bills are included council tax, electricity, heating, water & broadband. A housekeeper cleans kitchen and hallway bi-weekly, and the ensuite bathroom free of charge if required.
