I am looking for a housemate to join me in a 3-bedroom semi detached house in Caerphilly from August/September. The house is a 10 minute walk/a short bus ride into the town centre. Good sized kitchen, large garden with off road parking with added benefits of Wi-Fi & Sky included.
Full time professional working Monday - Friday 8: 30-17: 30 I spend little time at home during the week or weekends, not preference to gender but ideally tenant would be professional, tidy with a good sense of humour.
The room is a single room but can accommodate a double bed, lovely home in a quiet area. viewing recommended.
