Single Room In Semi Detached House

I have a single room to let in my semi detached house, preferably to a professional or contract worker. You will have shared use of the remainder of the house and facilities. I have a small dog so ideally you should like dogs. I work during the day and I'm home most evenings. There are bus links locally and train stations close by.
I will respect your privacy and keep the house in good order although I expect you to clean up after yourself and respect the property.
