House is a new build, well presented, four bedroom town house about 10 mins walk from town centre and main train/bus stations. Bills inc with fibre optic broadband, Netflix. Kitchen has all mod cons except tumble dryer/dishwasher.

The double bedrooms are furnished with natural light oak furniture with a single bed. The bathroom is adjacent to the rooms with mixer shower over bath and will be for the occupant’s use (shared with one other housemate).

I have a bedroom with en-suite on the top floor but spend most of my time at my partner’s house so won’t be there much.

Downstairs WC will be shared along with the kitchen and downstairs lounge/dining room.

The front and rear gardens are level, low maintenance with flowering baskets, pots and perennials. The rear garden is decked with a swing bench, garden sofa and slate paddlestones.

There’s a drive to the rear of the house with parking for 3-4 cars and a rear access gate to the property.

The estate is next to a golf course and tucked away off the main road (Bedwas Road). It’s very peaceful and mainly professional couples /families, all properties are new and well kept.
