​Description:
I am offering a beautiful, fully furnished private room (all bills included) in a friendly, comfortable, quiet home.
​Rather than charging monetary rent, this is a Homeshare arrangement. I am looking for a reliable, kind, and trustworthy lodger (perhaps a mature student or professional with a day job/studies) who can offer around 2 hours of casual help per day (approx. 10-14 hours a week).
​What the help looks like:
​Light housekeeping and keeping communal areas tidy.
​Companionable help (e. g., sharing a bit of cooking, a cup of tea, and a chat).
​General light house help.
​What is offered:
​A lovely private room completely free of rent and bills.
​A monthly financial stipend of £500 to thank you for your help and cover your time.
​Complete flexibility for you to maintain a separate full-time or part-time job or university schedule.
​References and a basic background/DBS check will be required as we will be sharing a home.
