We have a lovely double room available in our warm and welcoming family home. The room is bright, fully furnished, and ideal for a tidy and respectful female tenant.

£400 per month (bills included)

Available for a 6-month stay only

Female tenant only

Double bed, wardrobe, and other furnishings included

Peaceful, clean, and friendly household

Cleaning Arrangements:
We keep our shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room) very clean and expect the same from you.
You have two options:

Pay £50/month towards a communal cleaner

Do your share of cleaning (including bathroom, kitchen, and other shared areas) every week or every 2 weeks – we can discuss this and agree on a schedule and you do not have to pay £50

We’re looking for someone who is super clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
