I’m looking for a professional looking to rent a room at a property. It is a 3 bed terraced house, with 3 floors, 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms, nice sized patio garden and plenty of room for some extra storage if needed I. e bike, tools etc.

Apologies about the photos, I’ll be updating new photos of the furnished rooms this weekend. If you want to bring your own furniture for any reason or have any requests, I’m more than happy to shuffle things around for you or can add anything you may need.

A bit about myself, I’m a 31 year old professional and will be a live in landlord. I’m an easy going guy, like to keep my house clean and tidy. In my spare time I enjoy anything outdoors, always out exploring and my main interest is downhill mountain biking. I enjoy keeping fit, love food (whether it’s eating out or cooking at home), very social and enjoy meeting new people.
