New Build Spacious Double Room

I am a single women looking to share my 3 bedroom town house on 3 floors. The house is new & decorated modern. The bedrooms available are on the 2nd floor. They are a good size double with access to the bathroom next door. The second room, another spare double is of equal size. I would consider renting the whole floor out to two friends who were looking to share a house together. I would prefer if the tenant went home on weekends depending on work commitments & was visiting the area for work. Wifi available.
