Spare Room Available

i have a couple of spare rooms in my four bedroom home, i have owned the home 20 years.

the house is situated in parc nant celyn, its a very peaceful and quiet estate

i am hoping to find somebody employed with their own home who needs somewhere to stay while at work, the house 7 days a week would be ok but 5 would be better, its a big house with lots of space, a garden and lots of parking.

this is my first venture into renting a room so i am sure to have missed some important information, feel free to ask
