I'm looking for someone who is very clean and tidy and who will be respectful of what is my home.

The property is detached has a massive garden and ample off road parking.

It really is a delightful place and very peaceful, a little too peaceful right now hence looking for someone to share with.

I'm a very sociable person and have made some great friends with house mates of past, some of which I still see regularly several years on.

This house would ideally suit a professional working in the area and is only a short commute to the new Ystrad Mynach hospital.
