I am a 37 year old female looking to rent out a spare room. I work full time, and out quite often.
I would require the person to be clean and tidy, and have respect for other people's belongings.
All facilities can be used, bills within reason are included.
There are 3 train stations within 20-30 minutes walk, for a 25 minute journey to Cardiff city centre, and a bus stop 5 minutes walk for travelling to Blackwood or Newport.
I have a cat, who has a mind of her own!!
