Double room with single/double ikea bed

I am looking for a female person who responsible, clean and calm to rent my spare room.
The room is a double and has an ikea single bed unit which can be converted to a double.
There are 2 double wardrobes and a dressing unit with a mirror and light fitted to this.
You will have mostly exclusive access to the communal bathroom which has a bath, toilet and shower over bath.
There is a garden area to the back and parking at the front for a vehicle. Property boasts cctv but area is quiet and safe.
Crunch is a friendly dog who enjoys human company and will always be happy to greet you. I keep him clean by daily grooming.
A cleaner can attend twice per month at a charge if desired.
Extra guest/s will be charged £5 person per night.
Bedding can be supplied and expectation that this will be changed twice per month.
If you need to use the washing machine and dry clothes, we can review the length of tenure and review accordingly.
Preferred non smokers but smokers can use the front or back areas, please do tidy afterwards.
Although I adhere to a vegan/vegetarian diet. Please bear this in mind. I don't mind other diets but please supply your own pans.
