Double room and virtually sole use of house

I have one double room available in my newly decorated 2 bed house.

I am a student who is currently studying in London and am only in the property 1-2 days a month (usually wednesday night-thursday morning) so you would have the house to yourself during the vast majority of the time.

The house is newly decorated and furnished and has a lovely large living room and kitchen, a garden and decking area, and on-road parking.
There is a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.

The price includes bills and Wi-Fi.

I would be willing to consider a couple but would adjust the price slightly to accommodate this.

The room is available from August 2024
