Private, ground floor annexe with parking

We're moving house soon and will have a ground floor annexe available for a lodger. Large bedroom area, en-suite shower room, kitchenette and living space opening onto garden.

Our lodger will also have access to our main kitchen and utility for 'proper cooking' and laundry, plus our enclosed rear garden.

We are a professional couple. We have a small dog and a cat, who are both very friendly. You will be easily able to shut/lock the door between the annexe and the main house, so you can keep your space pet free if you wish and have plenty of privacy.

As we haven't moved yet there can be some flexibility as to how much furniture we provide, but the plan is to put a double bed, storage for your things, a desk and office chair, plus something more comfy for lounging.

There is plenty of parking space available on the road.

The rent is inclusive of all utilities, council tax and fast broadband.
