A charming 3 bed house in Llantwit Fardre, great quiet residential neighborhood with easy commute to pontypridd, Llantrisant and Cardiff. Only 10mins to Pontypridd and Llantrisant and 20minutes to Cardiff (during traffic this could be longer). It’s homely, cozy and open plan space.

Shared living room, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom (bath with a shower) and separate toilet.

Kitchen fully equipped, with recently fitted oven and hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. All kitchen appliances less than 3 years old.

Dinning table and corner sofa with a large tv to relax in front of.

Rooms will have locks on before moving in.

There is an outdoor area with garden furniture and great for a bbq when nice weather. There is 1 parking spot but also parking available in the area.
