1 bedroom to share in a 3 bed house all bills included and close to town on walking distance house is very clean and tidy. Kitchen and bathroom is shared. Parking is not included as it’s resident park only however if needed I can provide a pass with extra £40. Smokers are welcome however not allowed at all to smoke inside the house. Lookin for decent people.

Deposit required £200 it will be refunded only prior to the 2 weeks notice for leaving the room and after a complete inspection of the property without any notice deposit will be non refundable. In the room only single bed, side drawer and single cupboard is provided bedsheets and other items are not included thanks
